Cover Cleaner
Economical, ideal roller cover cleaner, may be applied by hand or used in
automatic washing machines. Also excellent as an all purpose shop cleaner.
20 Pumice Powder
Grade FFF
Grade FFF. Very useful for smoothing and polishing both plates and rollers. When
mixed with solvent it is especially useful for removal of dried ink and
oxidation from steel and rubber rollers.

182 Back
Cylinder Cleaner
Formulated to clean dried ink and glazes while desensitizing back and transfer
cylinders on all size presses. May also be used to remove adhesive residue from
blanket cylinders.
187 Hand Guard
Hurst Hand Guard 187 protects your skin from the harmful effects of grease,
dirt, solvent and ink. The medicated glycerine base cream is applied to the
hands before beginning work to prevent grime from penetrating deep into pores
and crevices. Easily rinses away with soap and water.
188 Hando
Hurst Hando Hand Cleaner 188 is formulated to remove the toughest ink and grime
that the printer faces. It combines special cleaners, natural oils and
emollients for deep cleaning without harm to hands.
210 Numbering
Machine Cleaner
Cleans and lubricates without dismantling. Leaves a thin oil coating to guard
against wear and rust. Contains no water or corrosive chemicals.
266 Off Duty
Roller Lubricant
Unique product engineered to lubricate and prevent damage caused by friction
build up on the rollers of multi-unit presses when idling one or more units. May
also be used on single color presses when running papers through, but not
printing (i.e. perforating).

Lubricant SAE 10
SAE 10, specifically blended for vacuum pumps and compressors. Non-foaming
formula helps prevent gum and sludge from forming. Greatly extends vacuum pump
life span.

Lubricant SAE 20
503 Press Lubricant SAE 30
SAE 20 and 30, dripless formula, machinist grade. Clings to all bearing
surfaces, shafts and other moving parts. Assures better lubrication, less oil
consumption and greatly reduces misting.
451 E Series
Blanket and Roller Wash - Low Odor
An all purpose, quick drying, one step wash for everyday use. Blanket and Roller
Wash 451 contains no chlorinated hydrocarbons, toluene, xylene or glycol ethers.
The low odor formula is non red-labeled, non-photochemically reactive and leaves
no residue. Suitable for use on all size presses whether hand washing, using
cleaner sheets or washup attachments. May be used as a systems wash.
452 E Series
Blanket and Roller Wash, wm - Low Odor
All purpose, water miscible wash for use on all size presses. E Series Blanket
and Roller Wash, wm 452 is free of chlorinated hydrocarbons, toluene, xylene and
glycol ethers. Water miscible up to 35%. Ideally suited for maintaining rollers
and blankets where gum glaze and ink build up are a problem. Suitable for use on
all size presses. May be used in automatic blanket washers.
454 E Series
Rubber Rejuvenator - Low Odor
A combination rubber rejuvenator and glaze cleaner for use on all presses. Free
of chlorinated hydrocarbons, toluene, xylene, and glycol ethers. Works quickly
to remove dried ink gum and varnish. Effectively conditions rubber surfaces
restoring resiliency and tack for maximum ink receptivity. Non-photochemically
reactive and non red-labeled.
455 Amberclean E
Series Blanket & Roller Wash
A unique Non-HazMat, no odor blanket and roller wash. It is fully watermiscible
and so effective that only 2oz. can clean your press. Fully biodegradable,
non-flammable, non-solvent based and available in one gallon overpack boxes
ready for UPS. Perfect for the end of the day wash. Leaves the press in pristine
condition for the next morning.
457 E Series
Large Press Fountain Solution
A combination type fountain concentrate that is free of alcohol and chromates.
For use on both conventional and continuous dampening systems. Engineered to run
with Alcohol Replacement 458, but may also be run with alcohol in conventional
systems. Natural gum arabic formula with anti-mold and anti-fungal inhibitors.
458 E Series
Alcohol Replacement
An Isopropanol substitute for use in all dampening systems. Extremely
economical. Eliminates fumes and toxicity associated with alcohol. Engineered to
run with E Series Large Press Fountain Solution 457, but may be used as a
general purpose alcohol replacement with most fountain solution concentrates.
Will not affect pH or cause foaming.
464 E Series
Overnight Spray
Anti-skinning spray in a non-aerosol pump bottle that is free of CFC propellants
and chlorinated hydrocarbons Contains no 1,1,1-trichloroethane, methylene
chloride or other hazardous ingredients. Eliminates extra wash-ups. Conserves
ink. Will not affect color or trapping when used properly.
